    We will treat everything you tell us as confidential the only exception would be any serious issue concerned with the protection of your child(ren).

    I consent for non-identifiable data to be collected for statistical, planning and similar purposes.

    I consent to video footage / photos / other images of my child(ren) and myself being taken by staff during sessions to be used to promote Mini Makers Studio on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Efforts will be taken to minimise identification of children in promotional photos.

    I acknowledge that my child’s/childen’s picture may be taken by other parents/guardians who are primarily taking photos of their own children.
