We believe every child should have an opportunity to learn through exploration and play.

Introducing Mini Makers Studio

At Mini Makers Studio we have a passion for learning through exploration and play. Our sessions are aimed specifically at babies and preschoolers and offer a chance to explore art through experimentation and play. Our classes encourage creative self–expression, developing fine and gross motor skills and sensory awareness.

Our belief is that children’s work is play-based and connected to things that are relevant and meaningful in their lives therefore we offer, process art activities that allow children to explore a wide array of art based opened-ended experiences.

These experiences allow children to build upon skills which are directly relevant and useful to their learning.

Process art focuses on the experiences children have whilst creating. The end product isn’t the focus. The idea is that there is no right or wrong way to explore and create. These experiences allow children to explore the world around them, ask questions, experiment, make their own decisions and allow for self-expression.
